SmartShop24/7 is a modern unattended store, where thanks to advanced technologies you can shop 24 hours a day without the presence of staff. All you need to do is open the store using the mobile application, select the goods and pay in a flash - all with maximum security and convenience.

   

How to do it

App Registration

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play

Register using the guide and create your user account

Authorize yourself via Bank Identity or verify your personal documents using the Persona service

Store Entry and Shopping

Open the SmartShop247 app, select a store and display the entry QR code

Scan the QR code from the app into the reader at the entrance door

The door will open automatically

Enter the store

Shop for goods into your shopping basket

Payment

Go to the self-service checkout

At the checkout, scan the QR code from the app

Scan all selected products at the checkout

Check your purchase on the display

Pay by card or mobile card

Store Exit

To open the door, use the QR code from the app again

The door will open automatically

The store is equipped with a modern camera system and is continuously monitored. To communicate with security, customers can use the intercom or call +420 277 001 765.

You can make your first purchase immediately after successful registration. If you are in a hurry, you can skip the email and phone number verification when you first enter the store and add them later. However, you must successfully complete authorization using Bank Identity or verify personal documents with the Persona service
